What you’ll work with (0–18) Broad paediatric caseload: “anyone who comes through the door” Autism ADHD heavy mix Complex and multiple disabilities (including AAC needs, equipment-linked presentations) Clinicians who love a challenge and can manage complex cases with MDT support Funding split 80% NDIS / 20% private (incl. GP plans) MDT model Speech Pathology, Dietitian, Psychologist, Social Worker, Physio (and OT in the broader structure).
